Swing King Game App

You must thinking that why I am writing about this game application. This is not an ordinary game; this is a physics based game just like the famous “Angry Birds”. So people will find it logical and interesting for sure. This strange physics game features a bouncy king who is on a mission to take out the bad boss who has a striking resemblance of Slash from Guns and Roses, hmm, maybe.

The story is simple. The king of the land is busy in his personal affair, when all of a sudden a demonic monster steals every star from the sky. Unimpressed, the king chases after him, while the thief scatters the stars all over the place. With the stage set, your job is to work through each land and gather as many stars as possible.

What set this apart from the rest of the physics puzzlers are the king’s bendy and sticky arms. Thanks to these, and once you've lined up his trajectory and sent him flying, he can grab on to certain objects where he'll hang safely. If you don't finish this move, landing the king at either the flying unicorn that marks the end of the level or another grappling object, then you'll fall off the screen and have to restart.

Things quickly get more complicated. As well as navigating the large levels, you'll have to contend with wandering critters that'll kill the king with one touch, spiky platforms that cause a similar fate, moveable grappling objects, and a cornucopia of upgrades.

One early upgrade is the boxing glove, and you'll need to grab this in order to punch through some of the solid walls that would otherwise block your progress. Then there's a sticky green orb that, once collected, you can place anywhere on the screen to create a new swinging hook. Like most physics puzzlers, the real joy comes from working out how all of the stars and power-ups come together so you can max out at a level.

There are more than 90 of these levels to work through in total, each separated into stages. If you're wondering what the point of collecting all of these stars is, once you've grabbed a certain number of them from each set of levels, you'll be able to go toe-to-toe against the boss.  These boss fights take the form of several small-screen puzzle areas that are brisk but fun. The objective is to fling the king around the screen so he can pick up the boxing glove power-up and then deliver a mighty punch to the laser-firing eye of the enemy. This is never too much of a challenge, but it is a fun way to spice up the action and get you focused back on the story.
